Licencing Options
We provide three types of licences for accessing data from OPCRD:

Single study licence (standard) for access to OPCRD dataset for one ADEPT-approved study

Multi-study licence (unlimited) allows for access to OPCRD to conduct an unlimited number of ADEPT-approved studies and feasibilities

Platform licence enables access to OPCRD for completely anonymous and aggregated data insights only
Single Study Licence (standard)
Provides 12-months access to a single study dataset from OPCRD for a specific study or project approved by ADEPT. 2 nominated users are provided secure virtual private network (VPN) access to the required study dataset. We have provision for extended access if required. Provision of single study OPCRD datasets via a trusted research environment (TRE) will be made available soon.

Multi-study Licence (unlimited)
Provides 12-months access to an anonymised copy of OPCRD, which is updated or refreshed monthly. With this licence, clients may conduct an unlimited number of research studies or projects approved by ADEPT. Clients can also conduct an unlimited number of database feasibility assessments. Up to 5 nominated users are provided access to the client version of OPCRD.

Platform Licence
Provides 12-months access to an anonymised copy of OPCRD, which is updated or refreshed quarterly. This licence enables access to OPCRD for completely anonymous and aggregated data insights only. The data insights for which the OPCRD data is to be used must be approved by OPC, must fall under feasibility assessments and cannot be defined as a research study.
