Quality Improvement
OPC has extensive experience in the design, pilot and deployment of quality improvement and implementation programmes. The OPC Service currently offers ongoing asthma, COPD, Covid-19 and rare diseases QI programmes. We can also offer and deploy bespoke projects such as CONQUEST and RARE. Anonymised patient data from QI programmes is contributed to OPCRD for research purposes.
Quality improvement programmes are an excellent methodology to collaborate with the healthcare system to meaningfully improve patient diagnosis, disease progression monitoring, referrals to specialist care and care optimisation.
